Main structure and principle of DC cooling fan:

The working principle of the constant heat dissipation engine is mainly to convert electric energy into kinetic energy through constant pressure and electromagnetic induction to drive the fan blades to rotate. Installation phase of DC cooling fan:
1. Disassemble the DC cooling fan and check the internal printed board and coil winding. Use a multimeter to check the quality of each component of the three coil winding and PCB.
2. The diameter of the fan mounting hole must be greater than the fan diameter.
3. When installing a fixed cooling fan, do not leave any gap between the fan and the panel, otherwise the cooling effect will be affected.
4. Changing the wind direction and flow direction will also weaken the heat dissipation effect.
5. After installation, align the screw box fan and insert it into the panel hole, fix it with the attached mounting screws and nuts, and then install the cover up and down.
