The quantity of winding enamelled wire will affect the speed of the cooling fan, and the quality of materials will affect the heat dissipation efficiency of the cooling fan.
For the enamelled wire used by most cooling fan manufacturers, the incoming quality control personnel of the quality control center must conduct sampling inspection. Due to the particularity of the incoming materials of enamelled wire, the incoming materials are calculated by the number of coils, the samples are calculated by batch, and the samples are calculated by batch. The control shall include:
1. Size: use a micrometer to measure whether the size is up to standard.
2. Appearance: check the indentation, scratch, deformation, deformation and tangle.
3. Hole inspection: inspection standard: ≤ 8 peak holes/6m.
4. Test method: place phenolic alcohol lamp, alcohol, water, salt, electric power system, induction cooker, electric rice cooker, induction cooker tube, induction cooker tube and copper plate at the same time. If there is no bubble or several bubbles in the enamelled wire within one minute, it is qualified, otherwise, it is not.
5. Impedance test: use multimeter and impedance tester to detect the impedance of 1M enamelled wire and identify it according to the standard impedance range.
The quality of the enamelled wire will directly affect the performance of the cooling fan. Enamelled wire is the key battery to convert electricity into kinetic energy. Therefore, the fan manufacturer must pay attention to the quality of enamelled wire.
