In the initial use, it has low operation noise and low production cost. However, this kind of bearing is seriously worn and its service life is far behind that of ball bearing. In addition, this bearing has been used for a long time. As oil seals (high-quality oil seals cannot be used for computer heater products, which are ordinary paper oil seals), lubricating oil will gradually volatilize, and dust will also enter the bearings, which will lead to slower fan speed, increased noise, and even strong vibration caused by wear of eccentric bearing fans. If these phenomena occur, either open the oil seal to refuel, or eliminate and purchase a new fan.
Single ball bearing (1 ball bearing+1) is an upgrade of traditional oil bearing. It adopts the mixed form of sliding friction and rolling friction. In fact, it uses oil filled ball bearings to reduce the cost of double ball bearings. The rotor and bracket are lubricated with balls and lubricating oil. The utility model overcomes the problems of short service life and unstable operation of the oil filled bearing, and the cost increase is very limited. The single ball bearing absorbs the advantages of oil bearing and double ball bearing, and improves the service life of the bearing to 40000 hours. The disadvantage is that after adding the ball, the driving noise increases, but it is still lower than the double ball bearing.
Double ball bearing is a kind of bearing with relatively high quality. It takes the form of rolling friction and two ball bearings. There are several small steel balls in the bearings around the shaft. When the wing or shaft rotates, the steel ball will rotate with it. Because they are all balls, the friction is very small, and there is no problem of oil leakage. The advantage of double ball bearing is that it has a long service life, about 50000-100000 hours; Good anti-aging performance, suitable for high-speed fans. The disadvantages of double ball bearings are high production cost and loud noise at the same speed level. Double ball bearings and hydraulic bearings have good sealing performance, especially double ball bearings. The double ball bearing is completely embedded in the fan, and the rotating part has no direct contact with the outside world. In the sealed environment, the working environment of the bearing is relatively stable. Therefore, almost all large diameter fans with a speed of 5000 use double ball bearings. The hydraulic bearing has a unique oil return circuit, so the possibility of lubricating oil leakage is very small.
The representative manufacturer of piston bearing technology is Cooler Master. At present, the Cooler Master has upgraded most of the traditional rifling bearing oil fans. As an upgrade to traditional oil bearings, Raffles bearings use wear-resistant materials to obtain empty bearings with high oil content, thereby reducing friction between bearings and shafts. Raffles bearing also has a shaft core with reverse spiral groove and oil retaining groove. When the fan is running, the oil will form reverse migration to avoid oil loss, thus improving the bearing life. The bearing of fluid protection system and hydraulic bearing can achieve the same purpose in different ways. The two designs have adopted several original improvement measures respectively, but their essence is the oil circulation system, with basically the same performance in all aspects. In general, the service life of the product can reach more than 50000 hours.
Hydraulic bearing is an excellent AVC technology, which is improved on the basis of oil bearing. The hydraulic bearing has more oil storage space than the oil bearing, and has a unique oil supply circuit. The working noise of the hydraulic bearing fan is certainly reduced, and the service life is also very long, which can reach 40000 hours. In essence, hydraulic bearing is still an oil bearing. However, after improvement, the service life of this bearing is much longer than that of ordinary oil seal bearing, and it inherits the advantages of oil bearing and low running noise.
